She was predeceased by: her parents, Pellam Austin and Rozelle Butler Austin; her husband Willie Long; and her brothers, Homer Lee Austin, Randall Austin, John Austin and Blanton Austin.
She is survived by: her daughter Angie Parks (Ken) of Lula; and her grandchildren, Amy Griffin (Westly), Abby Adams (Peter), Thomas Parks and Todd Parks (Courtney). She is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at the Woodbine Cemetery (147 Athens St, Jefferson, GA 30549).
