He is survived by: his wife Nan Chambers; his son Josh Fields (Shasta); his grandchildren, Cora, Olivia Fields and Jake Dalton; his stepdaughter Brooke Adams; and his siblings, Bobby Fields (Nancy) and Becky Johnson (Greg). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
