He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Francisca Vasquez; his wife Maria Elena Vigil Rivera of Gillsville; his children, Esmeralda Vigil of Belize, Rosa Vigil of Belize, Francisco Vigil of Belize, Arnulfo Vigil of Belize, Melba Vigil of El Salvador, William Vigil of New Jersey and Carlos Vigil of Gillsville; and his siblings, Teodoro Vasquez of Duluth, Jose Vasquez of El Salvador and Reina Vasquez of El Salvador. He was also cherished by family members and close friends.
