He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Millwood and Janie Millwood; his daughter Lesia Alexander; and his brother A. J. Millwood. He is survived by: his wife Gail Burnett Millwood; his children, Scottie, Steven, Shane Millwood and Robin Harris; and his sister Linda Mathis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
