It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn House Bryant of Gillsville, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. R. "Bob" House and Marion Louise Payne House; her husband Theron "Downey" Bryant; and her sister Winnie Jeanette Irvin. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Bryant (Charlotte), Jan Eckert (Rick) and Karen Montecalvo (Paul); her brother Charles House; her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan Montecalvo and Kellen Van Hook; and her great grandchild Peyton Van Hook. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the cemetery fund at Emmanuel Community Church or to Hospice of Northeast Georgia.
