She was predeceased by: her father J. D. Armstead. She is survived by: her children, Steve Burgess (Karen), Donny Hulsey (Sharon), Mark Hulsey (Dawn), Dusty Hulsey (Trisha), Anita Deraney (Stephen) and Shelly Upshaw (Todd); and her sister Diane Sims (John). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren.
