It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Louwana Dale of Gillsville, Georgia, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon O. Humphries and Marena Jesse Hyde Humphries; her husband Emmett Dale; and her great grandchild Madisyn Buffington. She is survived by: her children, Scotty Dale, Lori (Greg Armour), Tammi (Jeff Haynes) and Josh Dale; her grandchildren, Baranda Buffington (Andy), Whitney Crawford (Chad), Weston Dale, Conner Dale, Dylan Armour, Brittany Dean (Bo), Matt Bonds (Brittany), Bethany Jordan (Jaron), Emily Haynes and Tracy Giles (Josh); her great grandchildren, Cade Herrin, Emme Herrin, Averie Dean, Evie Bonds, Ensley Bonds, Emrie Bonds, Kole Buffington, Hunter Buffington, Knox Buffington, Branson Crawford, Blaine Crawford, Brady Crawford and Adalyn Giles; her brother Royce; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Head, Joe, Sherry Dale, Betty Ann Martin and Wanda Kemp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
