He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McNeal and Florene Hadden McNeal; and his sisters, Betty Sue May and Charlene Wilkinson. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mark Chalker, Yvonne Pierce, Charlotte Wiggins, Jeff May, Donald May and Keith May. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and friends.
