It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Redfern of Gibson, Georgia, born in Mitchell, Georgia, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel "Hooks" Redfern and Audrey Johnson Redfern; and his brother Bobby Redfern. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Kelley Redfern of Gibson; his daughters, Tammy Leonard (David) of Stapleton and Tonya Williams (Lamar) of Stapleton; his grandchildren, Chad Beggs (Skyla), Cecily Gunby (Aaron), Emily Williams, Jackson Williams, Hannah Williams and Claire Williams; and his great grandchild Logan Gunby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
