He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Paul Cummins and Vilia Mae Hargett Cummins; and his wife Dorinda Alice Cummins. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda S. Crews of Altoona, FL, Alice Y. Turner of Altoona, FL, Connie M. Powers of Altoona, FL, Melinda D. Irby of Gainesville, FL and Paul N. Cummins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, many neighbors, and friends.
