He is survived by: his sons, James Stephens (Kristie) of Gibson and Scott Stephens of Gibson; his brother Larry Stephens of Augusta; and his grandchildren, Brooke Stephens of Portland, OR., Morgan Reid (Malik) of Rutledge, Troy Stephens of Bamberg, SC., Dalton Stephens of Bamberg, SC., Madison Moore of Walterboro, SC. and Lauren Moore of Hardeeville, SC.. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is encouraged.
