He is survived by: his wife Joan Williford Fulcher; his children, Garry Fulcher Jr. (Erin), Theresa Dudley (Bobby), Tonya Phillips-Mole (Micah) and Mindy Prescott-Wilcher; his brother Howard H. Fulcher (Linda); and his grandchildren, Garry Fulcher III, Dale Fulcher, Lindsay Horne, Megan Dudley, Ansley Mole, Emma Mole, Corbin Wilcher, Samuel Wilcher and Holley Wilcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
