She was predeceased by: her daughter Jennifer Toulson; and her father James Usry. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Johnson (Matthew) and Jessica Thompson; her close friend Pat Ayers; her mother Jeannette Usry; her siblings, Debbie Smith (Tommy) and Randy Usry (Missie); and her grandchildren, Lily Johnson, Scarlett Johnson, Braelin Greenwood and Ethan Greenwood.

Face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed..
