He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wendell, Glenice Hart, Domingus and Mattie Laura Usry. He is survived by: his parents, Warren A. Hart and Zelma Usry Hart; his sons, Jonathan Hart of Gibson and Sawyer Hart of Gibson; his stepdaughter Nichollette Deal (Dalton); his daughter Leslie Rogers (Josh); and his grandchildren, Caroline Thurman, Carter Thurman and Bentley Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
