She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Andrew Howell and Etta Mae Hall Howell; her daughter Patricia Ann Tobias; and her grandson Matthew Cushing. She is survived by: her husband Tony M. Hudgins of Gay; her children, Jerry Dianne Dewey (Thomas Dewey) of Senoia, Joyce Cushing (Tim Cushing) of McDonough, Linda Pogue of McDonough, Frank Tobias of Hampton, Debra Downey of Gay, Jeffery Davis of Decatur, Stephanie Lynn Hudgins (Shawn Abraham) of Gay and Andrea Marie Arroyo of Burnsville, MN; and her siblings, Bobbie Beckom (Reggie Beckom) of Martinez, Larry Howell (Susan Howell) of Lawrenceville and Jeffery Howell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
