He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Samuel; his wife Annette Brown; his grandson Jason Holland; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lawrence, Mary Thompson and Walter Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie Samuel Brown, III (Michelle) of Woodbury, Vickie Holland (John Mullins) of McDonough and Tina Brown (Kelly Rutledge) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Matthew Brown (Kristina) and Kayla Garrett (Tyler); and his great grandchild Addelynn Brown.
