She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Davis Stephens and Thelma Fenn Stephens; and her brother Stanley Davis "Blackie" Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Jesse Garner (KT) of Gay and Belinda Culbertson (Darrell) of Ocilla; her grandchildren, Zachary Garner, MaKenzie Huggins, Selena Cowart, Hannah Culbertson, Devin Culbertson and Jackson Culbertson; her nephew Dean Stephens (JoJo); her great-niece Judy Stephens; and also SkyLee Stephens.
