He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Millians and Emily Millians (Wilson); his siblings, Cecile Lipford and Robert Millians; his former wife Joyce Middlebrooks Millians; and his wife Bettye Owens Millians.

He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Wanda) and Mike (Vicki); his stepchildren, Sandra Stephens, Jane Stone and Jeff Owens (Emily); his grandchildren, Ryan Millians, Kyle Millians, Abbie Ethun (Steve) and Beth Allen (Sy); and his stepgrandchildren, Renee Lundy (Rodney), Lori Specht (Carl), Chris Owens (Ashley) and Tom Owens (Laura). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may make memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
