He is survived by: his mother June Ellen Sikes Clark of Garfield; his brother-in-law Sidney; his nieces, Morgan, Addi and Chanlee; his nephew Gray; his daughters, Hope Henry (Travis) of Stillmore and Kim Monk (Caleb) of Richmond Hill; his sisters, Stacy Moore (Stebo) and Renee Rhoney (Sidney) of Garfield; his grandchildren, Mason Henry (Alexis), Haley Henry, Payleigh Monk and Jeremiah Monk; and his sister-in-law Debbie Clark of Garfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
