She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Lawrence (Lawrence) and Arthur Seays; her son Charlie Tarver, Jr. (Lorian) of Annapolis; and her sister Mary Tarver (Seays). She is survived by: her husband Charlie Tarver of Garfield; her children, Sabrina Renae Tarver, Lance Tarver of Garfield and Michael Anthony Tarver of Harlingen; her sister Sarah Burke (Seays) of Metter, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Sabrina Nicole Tarver, Danielle Lee Tarver of Annapolis, Audrey Tarver and Jeremiah Tarver of Garfield. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and in-laws.
