He was predeceased by: his father Dan Lane; and his brothers, Jeffrey Lane and Todd Allen Lane. He is survived by: his mother Hilda Grimes of Garfield; his children, L. D. Lane of Pooler and Kari Ann Richardson (John) of Eatonton; and his brothers, Chris Lane (Carol) of Swainsboro, Carl Lane (Terry) of Rincon and W. C. Grimes (Dianna). He is also survived by Twin City; 7 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
