He was predeceased by: his parents, Waylan Johnson and Ruby Larrimore Johnson; and his sister Barbara J. Gordy. He is survived by: his wife Maudine C. Johnson of Garfield; his son Steve Johnson (Becky) of Canoochee; his sister Betty J. Bussiere of Herndon; and his grandchildren, Clay Johnson (Dori), Jodi Marsh (Blake), Amanda Beasley (Brannon Bush), Clint Turner (Natalie), Alicia Johnson (Nicholas), Chad Turner (Marlee), Chase Johnson and Brooke Marsh (Rick). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hebron Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
