He is survived by: his wife Brenda Toole Clemens of Garfield, GA.; his sons, David Carroll Clemens (Victoria) of Garfield, GA. and Dane Eugene Clemens (Diana McKinley) of Garfield, GA.; his siblings, Ruth Ann Maxwell of Swainsboro, GA. and Noel Eugene Clemens of Pampa, TX.; and his grandchildren, AnnaKade Clemens, Briley Brooke Clemens, Brayden Si Clemens and Tinley Brenna Clemens.
