He was predeceased by: his father David Ellison. He is survived by: his mother Betty Boatright Ellison of Garfield, GA.; his children, Kacy Warren (Josh) of Kite, GA and Kody Ellison; his brother Chris Ellison of Garfield, GA.; and his grandchildren, Alex Warren, Alexis Warren, Austin Ellison, Alyssa Ellison, Aubree Ellison, Anthony Ellison and Addilyn Ellison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
