He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Taylor and Oberia Taylor (Franklin); and his brothers, Morgan Taylor, Gene Taylor and Edward Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Taylor (Richey); his sons, Richie Taylor (Georgia) and Shane Taylor of Anchorage, AK; his grandchildren, Jacob and Cas; and his brother Jimmy Taylor. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gainesville First United Methodist Church (2780 Thompson Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30506).
