He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McNeal and Della Delong McNeal. He is survived by: his wife Maxine McNeal of Gainesville; his daughter Carolyn McNeal Gibson of Flowery Branch; his grandsons, Chad (Kelly Gibson) of Flowery Branch and Casey (Laurel Gibson) of Gainesville; and his great grandchildren, Ally Gibson and Bryson Gibson.
