He is survived by: his wife Katherine Barnett Hollinshead of Gainesville, GA; his sons, David Lawrence Hollinshead of Tullahoma, TN and Mark William Hollinshead (Cheryl) of Murfreesboro, TN; his stepdaughter Pamela Chapman Self (David) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Jordan Vaughn Hollinshead, Jackson William Hollinshead and Evan Wesley Self; his brother Warren H. Hollinshead (Glenda) of Oak Ridge, TN; and his brother-in-law Thomas D. Barnett (Cecilia) of Matthews, NC..
