He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Berry and Annie Ethel Cauthen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Cauthen; and his children, Donna Breedlove, Beth LaCava, Rhonda Gazaway (Wayne), Tim Cauthen (Joye), Phil Cauthen (Mary Anne) and Jeff Jacobs (Shemayne).
