He was predeceased by: his parent CJ Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Jean Patrick (Permenter); his wife Michelle; his children, Conrad Patrick (Grace), Sean Patrick, Seth, Sammi (Aaron), Loggan (Thailyn) and Trish; his grandchildren, Quinlyn, Warner and Millie; his sister Ashley Turtletaub (Lee); his niece Brooke; his siblings, Sarah, Doug, Jonah, Eddie and Sam; and his nieces and nephews, Hezekiah "Hez" and Aaliyah.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home (355 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501).
