He is survived by: his grandson Knox; his wife Carol Ann; his children, Jay Voorheis (Cristina), Debra Jones (Jimmy) and Laura Baxter (Todd); his grandchildren, Savannah Voorheis (Colin), Jonah Voorheis (Allison), Ethan Voorheis, Parker Voorheis, James Jones, Caroline Jones, Colton Baxter and Anabelle Baxter; and his great grandchild Reese Voorheis.
