Wendell Stovall Perry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Stovall Perry of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manolia Brown and Oliver Carlton Perry; his siblings, Sarah Jo, Clara and Henry; his in-laws, Alma Short and Joe Brown Wood; and his daughter Dell Marie Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Wood Perry (Gainesville); his daughters, Lee Anne McGill (Dan) of North Augusta, SC and Susan Hughes (Ted) of Maryville, TN; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Cooper, Cassidy and Alan; his brother Bill; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Perry of Commerce, Barbara Adams (Bruce) of Chamblee and Carolyn Hayes of Sautee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
