He is survived by: his wife Margie Payne; his children, Darlene Levine, Wallace'Tony'Payne, Jason Payne, Herbert'Herbie'Thurber, Tammy Husk, Terry Thurber, Virginia'Ginger'Williams and Jerry Dempsey; and his siblings, Larry Payne, Joyce Martin and Louise Jordan.
