She is survived by: her children, Annette Adkins of Flowery Branch, Butch Adkins (Wendy) of Jacksonville, N. C. and Jason Adkins (Alicia) of Ghent, W. V.; her grandchildren, Dylan Adkins (Sarah) and Ryan Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Adkins and Dustin Adkins.
