She was predeceased by: her husband Fred H. Williams; her parents, Bernice Westbrook Russell and Freeman Russell; her son-in-law Jerry Hughes; her brother Robert Joseph Russell; and her sister-in-law Helen Parks Russell.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Williams Hughes; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hughes and Jennifer Hughes Hester (Harold Hester); her great grandchildren, Tray, Taylor Hughes, Ethan and Jenna-Ruth Hester; her cousin Joni Williams Poulnott; her siblings-in-law, Grace Fulcher, Dorothy Thomas and Charles Williams; and her caregivers, Dava, Tammy and Priscilla.
