He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Conner; his sister-in-law Karan Wilson; and his parents-in-law, Mahlon and Jenny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kim Conner; his sons, Drew (Mandy Conner) and Vince (Erin Conner); his grandchildren, Avery, Archer, Olivia and Owen Conner; his parents, Owen Conner and Mary Lou Conner; his brothers, Tony Conner and Blake (Nicole Conner); his brother-in-law Scott Wilson; and his nieces and nephews, Nicolas Conner, Neal Conner, Nathan, Sam Wilson, Justin and Kaylyn Page. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church in Scott's honor.
