He was predeceased by: his mother Guadalupe Ginez Alvarado. He is survived by: his wife Aurelia Gomez; his siblings, Javier Zepeda Ginez, Jose Victor Zepeda Ginez and Gabina Guadalupe Zepeda Ginez; his son Jose Gerardo (Haydee); and his sister Ernestine Zepeda Ginez. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
