He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Tipton; his parents, Lamar Tipton and Patricia "Pat" Tipton; his brother Danny Tipton; and his grandparents, Roberta Stanford, Edward Stanford, Helen Tipton and Alvin Tipton.
He is survived by: his son Ryan Tipton of Gainesville; his sister Lynn Tipton of Oakwood; his brother-in-law Matt Aebi of Oakwood; and his aunts and uncles, Brenda Sloan of Gainesville, Linda Hewell of Gainesville, David Hewell of Gainesville and Mike Stanford.
