He was predeceased by: his father Richard Charles Seignious Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Judy Futrell; his stepfather Steve Futrell; his fiancée Amy Hitch; and his children, Haley Nicole and Zakary Ryan Seignious.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to McDonald and Son Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
