He is survived by: his son Michael Collins of Gainesville; and his siblings, Joyce (David Mayo), Glenda, Kelly Hayes of North Carolina, Ray (Candy Collins) and Larry (Carolyn Collins). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
