She is survived by: her son Tyler Jacob Smith of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Steven W. Smith-Tiffany Self of Gainesville, GA and Shelly L. Funk of Newark, DE; and her pets, Butter and Birdie. She is also survived by Aunts, uncles, cousins.
