With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steve Jackson Jr. of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Ware Jackson and Pete Bush; and his brothers, Ernest Jackson, James Bond, Eugene Bond, Perry Bond, Richard Ware and Major "Dick" Ware.
He is survived by: his wife Marggie Jackson of Gainesville, GA; his children, Pamela Kindred, Paula Williams (Jerome), Tendai Buffington (Das), Tonya Hayes, Stevie Jackson (Sarah) and Otis "Baldy" Millsap (Tammy); and his sisters, Peggy Duke, Melissa Bell and Lonnie Bush-Shinuald. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
