He is survived by: his pet Pepper; his wife Estelle Simmons of Gainesville; his daughter Jean; his son-in-law Ruben Rodriguez of Gainesville; his children, Judy Simmons of Gainesville and Mark; his daughter-in-law April Simmons of Braselton; his daughter Harriet Bryanth of Texas; his stepdaughter Frankie; his son-in-law Danny Chambers of Gainesville; his stepdaughter Sarah; his son-in-law James Palmer of Jefferson; his stepdaughter Sandy; his son-in-law Donald Bush of Chesnee, SC; his stepson Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Wendy Summerour of Panama City, FL.; and his siblings, Mildred Burnett of Gainesville, Inez Coroft of Valdosta, Dot Jargis of Valdosta, Alene Damon of Valdosta, Irene Bennett of Valdosta and DJ Simmons of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
