We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2024, at the age of 87, Shirley Patterson of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Watkinsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Maxey and Mildred Maxey; her husband Jack Patterson; her sisters, Brenda Bales, Hazel Crowe and Sybil Lucas; and her friend Jackie Nivens.
She is survived by: her children, Ace Marshall and Mimi Marshall-Moyer; her grandchildren, Haley Moyer, Anna Grace Marshall, Max Marshall and Avery Marshall; her stepdaughter Cathie Patterson Hayes (Larry); her stepgranddaughter Bethany Johnson (Zac); her stepgreat-grandson Van Johnson; her sister Betty Whatley; her former husband A. C. Marshall; and also Marsha Patterson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
