She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bradley Boyer, Sr. and Jonel Walker Boyer. She is survived by: her husband Mike Sample; her children, Michelle Atkins (Edge), Cynthia Nutter, Dylan Sample (Katie) and Damien Sample; her siblings, William Bradley Boyer, Jr. and Glenda Jo Rice; and her grandchildren, Rachel Roncace, Zachary Roncace, Carolina Castillo, Julius Castillo and Anthony Castillo.
