She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Fasulo of Gainesville; her daughters, Stephanie (David Smallwood) and Christina (Kevin Sims); her grandchildren, Chandler Freeman, Anthony Smallwood and Avery Sims; her great grandchildren, Charlee Freeman and Chandler Freeman; her brothers, David Mutter and Jimmy; and her sister-in-law Gina Mutter.
