She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stringer and Bessie Stringer; her son Todd Stringer; and her siblings, Lamar Stringer and Juanita Stringer.

She is survived by: her son Renato; her daughter-in-law Heather Stringer; her daughter Jaleesa; her son-in-law Wendell McMillan; and her sisters, Vernita Stringer and Neldon Manning. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
