It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Pirkle Cantrell of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Cumming, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Pirkle and Dora Wilson Pirkle; her son David Cantrell; and her brothers, Jack, Thomas, Edward, Gene, Albert and Jerry Pirkle.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Katrina Hill (Brian) and Russell Cantrell (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Mia Whitmire, Parker Mattocks, Isaac Cantrell, Isaiah Cantrell and Isabel Cantrell; and her sisters, Marie Jones, Grace Shadburn and Wyolene Parker.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make donations to a church of your choice or to a hospice organization of your choice in her memory.
