He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Robert and Ola Mae Brown Tatum. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Tatum of Gainesville; his children, Vicky Tatum Watkins (Joel) of Flowery Branch and Robert Lamar Tatum (Glynda) of Clermont; and his grandchildren, Haley Jones (Mike), Bethany Floyd (Mark), Michael Tatum (Amy), Brandon Tatum (Darren), Chuck Grizzle (Tonya), Rick Grizzle (Jill) and Tonya Parker (Damien). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
