He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Marie Bollinger; his son-in-law Brian Timothy Meagher of Gainesville; and his brothers, David Bollinger (Marilyn) of Russellville, Richard Bollinger (Geri) of DeSoto and Courtney Bollinger (Anna) of Naples. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
