He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Bowman Cooper; his children, Brad Cooper (Holly) and Briggs Groves (Richard); his brother Calvin Cooper (Ann); his grandchildren, Ashley Tarr (Kevin), Trey Groves, Brandon and Jacob Palmer; his great grandchild Emma Tarr; his brother-in-law Harold Bowman; and his pets, Allie and Parker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
